Privacy policy · Last updated 26 August 2026
Clear about what happens to your details.
Acend Marketing is a registered business name operated by an Australian company in Melbourne. This policy explains how we handle personal information received through this website and related enquiries.
01
What this policy covers
This policy applies when you visit this website, submit an enquiry, email us, call or text us, or continue a business conversation with Acend Marketing. Portfolio and other third-party websites linked from this site have their own privacy practices.
02
Information we collect
Depending on how you contact us, we may collect:
- your name, email address and any phone number you choose to provide;
- your business name, selected service, package interest and project details;
- our correspondence and records created while handling your enquiry; and
- technical request information processed for delivery and security, such as IP address, browser or device information, referring page and timestamps.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information through the enquiry form. Please do not include health, financial, identity-document or other sensitive information in the free-text field.
03
How and why we use it
We collect information directly from you through the form, email, telephone or SMS. Our hosting and security providers also process technical request information when the site is accessed.
We use personal information where reasonably necessary to:
- assess and respond to an enquiry;
- discuss scope, prepare a proposal and provide requested services;
- administer the resulting business relationship and maintain records;
- prevent spam, protect the site and troubleshoot delivery; and
- meet legal, accounting or recordkeeping obligations.
04
Service providers and overseas processing
We share information only where reasonably necessary for the purposes above, with people handling the enquiry, professional advisers or authorities where required, and service providers that help operate the website and communications:
- Formspree processes, temporarily stores and emails form submissions. Its free plan currently stores 30 days of submission history.
- Cloudflare hosts, delivers and protects the website.
- Google processes email delivery and storage associated with the address used to receive and respond to enquiries.
These providers may process or store information outside Australia. Formspree says it uses infrastructure in the United States and may process information in other countries; Cloudflare and Google operate global infrastructure. Their current policies explain their own handling in more detail.
05
Storage, security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
We keep enquiry and business records only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, an ongoing business relationship, security, dispute resolution and applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements. Formspree's dashboard history and copies delivered to our mailbox may have different retention periods.
06
Analytics, cookies and marketing
This site does not yet send its privacy-safe form conversion event to a standalone analytics destination, and we have not added advertising pixels in the website code. Form contents are not included in that event. Cloudflare may process limited technical, performance and security information to deliver and protect the site. We will review this policy and any required notice or choice before introducing new analytics or advertising technology.
07
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request and may retain information where the law or a legitimate business need requires it.
Email hello@acendmarketing.com.au or call 0424 173 480. Tell us what happened and how you would like it resolved. We will review the matter and respond within a reasonable time. If you remain concerned and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner has jurisdiction, you can contact the OAIC.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Contact us if you need this policy in another accessible format.
